1/4 Beef 100% grass fed
You are placing a $400deposit on ¼ beef which can be delivered in June/July or December. The total cost will be $1200. There is a $100 dollar upcharge to package steaks single, otherwise they come 2 per package. They are cut 1 ¼ inch thick and roast are 2-3 lbs unless specified before processing. Ground beef is package in 1 lb bricks. Patties can be made for an additional $1/lb the ¼ includes cuts from the front and hind portion of the cow so you will get 100 lbs of grassfed and finished beef including steaks, roasts and ground beef.
Included will be tenderized round steaks, flatirons, chuck roasts, ribsteaks or ribeyes, new yorks, filet, or t-bones, sirloin and sirloin tip, cross cut shanks, Brisket, and one flank, hanging tender, or an additional steak. And roughly 50lbs of ground beef. I can include dog bones and marrow bones, heart, liver and ox tail if desired.
