Known for its incredible marbling, this cut delivers a rich, buttery flavor and a tenderness that melts in your mouth. Raised on a natural grass diet with no antibiotics, hormones, or steroids, our cattle produce a steak that highlights the pure, robust flavor of premium beef.

 

The ribeye's generous marbling makes it ideal for high-heat cooking. For a perfect crust and a juicy interior, we recommend pan-searing in a cast-iron skillet or grilling over open flame.

 

RECIPE SUGGESTION: Cast-Iron Seared Ribeye with Garlic Herb Butter

  1. Remove steak from refrigerator 45 minutes before cooking and season generously with coarse salt and freshly cracked black pepper on both sides.
  2. 2. Heat a cast-iron skillet over high heat until smoking. Add 1 tablespoon of high-smoke-point oil (avocado or grapeseed).
  3. 3. Sear the ribeye for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare (internal temp 130°F). Do not move the steak while searing.
  4. 4. In the last minute, add 2 tablespoons of butter, 3 crushed garlic cloves, and a few sprigs of fresh rosemary and thyme. Baste the steak with the melted herb butter.
  5. 5. Remove from heat and rest for 8-10 minutes on a cutting board. Top with a slice of compound herb butter and serve alongside roasted vegetables or creamy mashed potatoes.
